1. Why did you start blogging at the first place?
- I love fashion/style and I believe everyone has their own unique interpretation of it, so I wanted to show mine. ^_^

2. Which is the one beauty/make up product you always carry in your purse?
- Lipgloss. I like the clear ones.

3. Which is your favourite designer?
- I can't pick a favorite! I love Michael Kors, Diane von Fürstenberg, Karl Lagerfeld, Elie Saab.

4. Summer, Winter, Autumn or Spring?
- Winter. I have more fun getting dressed and I appreciate the little things on the colder days.

5. Which is your style icon?
- Do I have to pick one?! ^_^ I love Miroslava Duma, Heidi Klum, Coco Rocha, Beyoncé and Solange, Kate Middleton, just to name a few.

6. Do you have any pets?
- I don't have any pets at the moment.

7. Favorite movie?
- "The Pursuit of Happiness" the one with Will Smith and his son. This movie really changed my perspective on life.

8. Do you have a celeb crush?
- Yes! (Mehcad Brooks). But let's keep that a secret. ^_^

9. What kind of music do you listen to?
- I listen to everything! As long as the lyrical content inspires me or relates to what I'm feeling at the moment.

10. A place in the world for a dream holiday?
- I'd love to go to Milan someday. For the wonderful architecture, amazing food and oh! Fashion week, need I say more? ^_^

Look 24: The Mustache (part 2)

Back with another look. ^_^

This is my outfit for last friday, a wanted to register this one because I made this dress.  Its made out of a t shirt and some knit fabric.

I'm wearing: a colorblock dress (DIY), jogging leggings and ankle strap flats.
I accessorized with a mustache necklace, fabric covered bangles and a rhinestone bracelet.

The pictures where done by Ana Raquel, my classmate/friend.
I think they came out pretty awesome. ^_^

Look 23: I Mean Business Baby!

Hi y'all! ^_^

I'm back!.............. Its been quite a while since my last post, so I'm glad to be posting today.

I've been caught up in so many school assignments that its been hard to make the time to take pictures.

I'm wearing: a S&J brown leather blazer, a white shirt (Woolworths), a black pencil skirt (Woolworths), grey flats and an oversized leather bag (Mr Price).

Details:

This is what I wore today. I am usually in pants, most of the time, so I thought I'd change things up a bit and wear something more work place freindly (even though I don't work ^_^).

I felt like a business woman.... Or something like that! ^_^

Look 22: Stripy and Neutral

Hi everyone!

Just a few updates. I turned 21 last Wednesday. So excited! ^_^

This is my outfit for last Thursday, the 15th.

I'm wearing: A nude color jacket, striped top, neutral jeans and studded flats.

I wanted to have a go at the nude color palette/trend, so this is my interpretation.

My brother gifted me with this set of necklace and bracelet for my birthday.

I wanted to wear them straight away, its always awesome getting new jewelry.

Look 21: Looking Out For Love

How is the week going for you?

 It hasn't been easy to take pictures, and sometimes even to post, because of my schedule. 

But I am commited to Lonely Warrior Style Diary, so I will do my best. ^_^

This is what I wore on Tuesday.

I'm wearing: My fave S&J leather jacket, a basic black tee, a houndstooth tank, black Guess jeans and blue ankle strap flats.

I wore the jacket when it got chilly throughout the day.

I present, my latest DIY project, an earlace.

I noticed some celebrities wearing this and I decided to make one for me.

I think it looks pretty cool. What do you think?

Look 20: Back To School

Hi Everybody!!

Just a quick outfit post that I was able to take within these busy days.

You see, college is back on and classes started this Monday. 

I will do my best to not neglect the blog, my blogging journey as been great so far I can't believe that its only been 3 months. It feels like its been 9 awesome months. ^_^

I'm wearing:

- A long sleeved collar tshirt my brother gave me

- A simple tailored black vest

- Cuffed Jeans

- And my draped detail flats.

I'm also wearing my latest DIY project, a bodychain.

DIY Fabric Covered Bangle Bracelets

Hi there!

I decided to do a DIY post on the bangle bracelets you see in my outfits.

Above you have a picture of me modeling a bunch of them. I don't usually wear so many at the time but for the sake of the DIY, I wanted to show you the ones I just made.

So, you'll need:

- An empty Pringles can

- A glue gun or any strong tacky glue

- Scissors

- A knife cutter

- A sponge sheet or any spongy material

- Tape

- Fabric of your choice (42"x3.5")

Step 1. 

Mark around the can according to the thickness of your bracelet. For me, I measured at about 1 and a 1/4 inch.

Step 2.

Using a knife cutter, cut along the mark.

Step 3.

 Grab your spongy material, wrap it around the piece you just cut and secure it with some tape.

Step 4. (Optional)

  Wrap all the bracelet with tape.

I do this because it makes the bracelet stronger. But if you don't mind, you can skip this step.

P.S.: I use masking tape.

Step 5.

 Fold the sides of the fabric to the middle.

Step 6.

 Warm up your glue gun and glue the folded edge of your piece of fabric to the inside of the bracelet.

Step 7.

Wrap the fabric around the bracelet diagonally.

Step 8.

Once your almost done wrapping add some glue to secure the  edge.

And you're done! ^_^

Since I was doing the tutorial, I decided to make a few more.
